1.Hybrid Press Brake Overview

1.1 The machine features a split steel plate welded structure for its body. After the welding process, the machine undergoes treatment in a large tempering furnace to eliminate any stress-related deformations, ensuring long-term precision.
1.2 The two main side cylinders are synchronized with well-known electro-hydraulic servo valves and Spain's Fagor optical grating scales. This closed-loop control system provides high feedback accuracy.
1.3 The V-axis mechanical compensation compensates for any deformation in the ram during the bending process, which could affect the quality of the workpiece. The compensation is automatically adjusted by the CNC system for precise control.
1.4 The backgauge structure is fully functional, with the option to control multiple axes. Components such as guide rails and bearings are all imported, ensuring precise backgauge positioning.
1.5 The machine body uses a split assembly structure and undergoes a comprehensive machining process, ensuring overall precision.
1.6 Critical components like the machine body and ram are analyzed using ANSYS finite element software, ensuring the machine’s reliability.
1.7 The hydraulic system incorporates an imported integrated control system, reducing piping complexity, improving stability, and offering a clean, sleek appearance. The upper die is modular, allowing for different length configurations to suit various workpieces. The upper die features a safety groove structure (European standard), while the lower die uses a combination design for versatile bending applications.
1.8 The CNC system is available with Delem, Cybelec, or ESA controllers.
1.9 The machine is equipped with C-shaped plates on both sides, with high-precision optical grating scales installed on them. This setup prevents the machine body from deforming, ensuring consistent bending accuracy.
1.10 Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured by specialized factories, using German-imported seals and pipe connectors to prevent oil leakage.
