▀The whole machine is designed according to JB/T2257.2-92(China National standard) “plate bending machine technical conditions" and GB/T14349-93 "plate bending machine precision", all the parts of this machine are using computer graphics, computer element analysis, computer aided manufacturing, YUAN use CAD, CAE, CAM software for machine structure design, and fully guaranteed the structural strength enough and rigid of each machine component.

▀The whole steel frame welded structure, made the press brake thick, high rigidity, strong shock anti-knock.

▀The mechanical structure of the machine is mainly composed of a frame, a worktable, a ram, a main oil cylinder and the rear stopper, etc. With perfect design and improved the manufacturing processing, we can effectively guarantee the accuracy of the machine manufacturing and using. 

▀ Upper moving bending design, stable working, convenient operation, and safety guaranteed.

▀ The machine frame, slide, table and other major parts are using the large-scale NC boring and milling machine, with one-time clamping and refined processing, guarantees the precision requirements of the operator.

▀ The machine tool guide rail adopts an advanced self-lubricating materials, lubrication and maintenance does not need frequently.

▀ We adopted the newest technology, and developed the long rails bending machine, which has ability to hold partial load, especially suitable for thin plate bending. The design of work table, column, beam, slider use higher stiffness parts, workpiece deformation is small when working, therefore, the workpiece has good linearity and angle.

▀ We use Siemens motor, which has strong power and low noise.

▀ The sealing rings are from NOK company, Japan, or ECO company in Germany(or famous brand in China), have good sealing performance, reliable working performance, long service life. 

▀ The machine has a visual display of the oil level and oil temperature.

▀ The machine can work continuously under the rated load, the hydraulic system leak free and stable, also has high accuracy.

 Electrical control system.

▀The electrical cabinet is provided by famous brand in China, electrical components all in line with international standards, safety and reliability and has strong anti-interference ability.

▀ Foot pedal can be moved, also an emergency stop function with it. 

Synchronous control of the main oil cylinder.

▀ The machine has small parts around the main cylinder, movement is by the synchronous shaft mechanical synchronization to enforce synchronization, so it can maintain a higher stability in operation. When the machine on processing, pressure concentration within the cylinder precision screw mechanical block, the internal pressure self-digest. Together with the latest designed of long rail, the parts can hold a certain partial load, and can keep the high precision of bending.

The back gauge.

▀ The back gauge equipmented with ball screw and linear guide rail from Taiwan, the beam is welded steel plate and after initial processing and finishing, and equipmented with Taiwan heavy linear guide block, the rear stopper blocks arranged on the linear guide rail, moving easily, and can adjust the height of upper and lower.
