Working Principle

Bending aid for press brakes:sheet metal followers is a press brake auxiliary device which is used to accessorily support the materail when the sheet metal press brake processing 

the large workpiece and commonly used in the latter topping-off operation.

Bending Sheet Follower Car adopts indepent control system,so there is no requirements for  press brake  machine system and types.

The rotataion and lifting are driven by servo motor.The rotation mechanism consists of servo motor,decelrator ,reduction gear and multi-connecting rods.

The press brake lifter has two types :NC and CNC.

When the workpiece is bent, the supporting plate can realize the function of turning to follow. The following Angle and speed are automatically calculated and controlled by the control system of the sheet follower.
