Hydraulic Plate Shear Machine Feature:

1. Shearing frames & Blade Holder: 

Constructed from steel for strength and stability. The upper blade holder undergoes stress-relief tempering to eliminate internal stress, ensuring high rigidity and stability. 

1.1Shearing Mechanism: 

The blade holder moves up and down along guide rails, driven by hydraulic cylinders, to perform the cutting process. 

1.2 Shear Machine Backgauge System: 

The backgauge is driven by a ball screw system, with motorized adjustment for precise positioning. 

1.3 Hold Down:

Composed of a set of hydraulic pressing cylinders that press the sheet against the cutting blades. After cutting, the cylinders return to their initial position using spring force. 

1.4 Front Material Support: 

The machine  includesa front material support rack to facilitate the shearing of wide sheets.  

1.5 Shearing Hydraulic System: 



The hydraulic system includes overload protection and an easily visible oil level display. The machine can operate continuously for up to 16 hours under rated load, with a leak-free system that maintains high precision. 


2.Shearing Machine Standard Configuration:


2.1Shearing Table for Front Material Feeding:

Equipped with universal rollers, the feeding plate allows smooth material feeding and easy repositioning of the sheet for cutting, saving time and reducing effort. The rollers are easily removable for maintenance. 

2.2 Shearing motor :

Features a high-power main motor that delivers strong and reliable performance. 

2.3 Shear Blade Gap Adjustment:

The blade gap can be adjusted for different sheet thicknesses. 

Thin sheets: If the gap is too large, it may cause burrs or incomplete cuts. 

Thick sheets: If the gap is too small, excessive cutting force can increase blade wear or damage the blades. 

2.4 Arc-Shaped Blade Holder Movement:

The blade holder moves in an arc-like motion around the pivot to ensure smooth, efficient cutting. 

2.5 Shear back gauge:

The backgauge system is motorized, with frequency control for speed adjustment. It includes basic CNC controls for forward, reverse, and positioning functions. 

2.6 Shear Electrical Cabinet:

The electrical components are sourced from well-known brands like Chint or reputable imported joint-venture brands, following standardized designs for easy inspection and maintenance. 

2.7 Rexroth Hydraulic Valve Block:

The hydraulic system features integrated blocks with direct-acting or safety overflow valves, ensuring precise pressure regulation. 

2.8 Pressing Cylinder: 
Constructed from 60Si2Mn alloy steel springs with a thickened polyurethane shock-absorbing pad, reinforced compression base, and an imported oil seal. 

2.9 High-Pressure Ferrule-Type Hydraulic Pipe Joints:

Uses seamless steel pipes and ferrule-type connectors for high-pressure resistance, preventing leaks and simplifying maintenance.

3.1.Backgauge Control: Supports control of standard motors or frequency converters. 

3.2.Intelligent Positioning: Offers dual programmable digital outputs for precise control. 

3.3.Workpiece Counting: Stores up to 40 programs, each with 25 programmable steps. 

3.4.Single-Side Positioning: Includes retract function, easy backup, and recovery of settings.
