The iron workers has 5 working station.It combines various functions such as metal cutting, punching, shearing, bending, etc. Ironworkers has the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption ,and low maintenance cost. The hydraulic ironworker are generally suitable for machining small workpieces and can work at multiple stations at the same time.

The left footswitch controls the punching station separately, and the right footswitch controls other operations at the same time.

  Fuction 

Punching holes The punching function is located at the left station of the iron worker machine and is controlled by the left foot switch.  Holes of different sizes and shapes can be punched by changing different upper and lower molds.  Each set of the die has a certain life time, after the service life, you need to change the mold.  If the punching machine model is Q35Y-25, 25 is the maximum shearing plate thickness 25mm.
Bending This station is shared with the punching station and needs to replace the upper and lower molds at the same time.
Punching louver This station is shared with the punching station and needs to replace the upper and lower molds at the same time.
Angle Cutting This station is used to cut the angle steel as shown on the left. The specific cutting size is required to refer to the parameter table.
Channel Cutting The specific cut channel size needs to refer to the parameter list.
Steel Plate Cutting It is equivalent to the function of the shearing machine and is used to cut small steel plates. The specific cutting size needs to refer to the parameter table.
Round steel square steel shear It shares the same station with the shear channel, but only one of them can be selected. If the round steel square shear function is selected, the channel shear function cannot be selected.
