11.1 Cooling Laser generator:

11.1.1Cooling object: Optical components of lasers (such as resonators, crystals/fibers, pump sources)

11.1.2 Reason: During the laser generation process, the efficiency of converting electrical energy into light energy is usually less than 50%, and the remaining energy is dissipated in the form of heat, requiring rapid cooling to avoid wavelength drift or power reduction

11.1.3 Cooling Temperature: Keep the water temperature at 20-25 ℃ (± 1 ℃ fluctuation)

11.2 Laser cutting head:

11.2.1 Cooling objects: optical components such as focusing mirrors, collimating mirrors, nozzles, etc.

11.2.2 Reason: High temperature metal vapor and reflected heat during cutting can cause thermal deformation of the lens, affecting the quality of the focused spot (such as focal shift).

11.2.3 Special design: The high-end cutting head adopts a layered water-cooled channel, and the temperature around the lens needs to be controlled below 30 ℃.
