Main Features:

1.The plasma machine is gantry structure with double-side drive .X&Y axis track are precise cylindrical linear guide rails,precise gear and rack drive,runs stably.

2.The Plasma Machine frame adopts the whole welding and annealing treatment,main frame is made by medium-sized steel pipe through welding ,rail base plates are made through the planer precision processing high strength,good precision and no deformation.

3.Crossbeam ,side panels and all movable parts are made by aluminum alloy through fine casing and milling with features of high strength and small inertia,ensuring the high strength and avoiding the cutting positioning instability caused by high inertia.

4.Adopting HP105 portable arc-pressure height regulator which can automatically regulates the height between cutter and plate to ensure the cutting quality .Scientific structure can effectively avoid collision between cutting head and steel plates owning to reaction rate cannot matches with that of cutting head.

It can cut any plane shape part graphics formed by straight lines and arcs. You can program directly on the machine. You can also draw CAD on a computer or using ready-made CAD files, it can be directly converted into a code program file through the included STARCAM software and transferred to the machine through the USB interface to realize cutting.

Production Processing:
   First of all, the steel material of our equipment is casting → annealing → rough machining → secondary annealing → semi-finishing → placing for half a year (stress relief) → fine finishing → and then selecting steel production to start production equipment.
   For the production and processing of equipment, other suppliers should not have these production and processing/schedules.
   Meanwhile, Our many parts/accessories of our mechanical equipment are also heat treated through this production processing.
