Hybrid Press Brake With VIS-S875

The computer controls the flow and pressure of the Y1 and Y2 cylinders using two sets of servo-driven bi-directional pump systems. The oil from the upper chamber of the cylinder is pumped directly into the lower chamber, lifting the upper mold. When the pump reverses, oil from the lower chamber is pushed into the upper chamber, enabling sheet metal bending. The synchronization of the left and right sides of the machine’s upper mold is controlled by these two pump systems. The oil-electric hybrid bending machine is not only precise, energy-efficient, and low-noise, but also offers improved stability, reliability, and lower oil consumption. This makes it ideal for producing large-stroke, high-speed bending machines. The system maintains stable oil temperature, reducing wear on the hydraulic components and extending the machine's lifespan. It’s capable of running 24/7, laying the groundwork for future robotic bending upgrades.

Hybrid cnc press brake feature:

1.The entire press brake is welded from high-quality steel plates and undergoes stress-relief through tempering and vibration treatment, ensuring excellent frame stability. 

2.The machine is shot-blasted to remove rust, and the frame is precision-machined in a single setup using an advanced 3D machining center. This guarantees the parallelism and vertical alignment of all mounting surfaces.

Working Principle:

1.Two sets of servo bidirectional pumps control the flow and pressure of the Y1 and Y2 cylinders respectively.

2.The oil in the upper chamber of the cylinder is directly pumped into the lower chamber of the cylinder by the oil pump.

3.This achieves the lifting of the upper die.

4.When the oil pump reverses, the oil from the lower chamber of the cylinder is pumped into the upper chamber, achieving sheet metal bending.

5.The synchronization of the upper die on both sides of the machine is controlled by the two sets of servo bidirectional pumps to ensure parallel movement.
