1.Machine body:

The machine body is heavy steel full welded ,machine body is proceed on heavy floor type boring &milling machine,heated treatment processed for long time use.Machine is hydraulic drive,with high stable.

Machine is full touch screen ,digital control.Machine  is of super performance,high efficiency .The dished head machine is of high precision ,improve the roundess .High rolling efficiency ,forming by one time.Easy to operate,low maintain cost.

2.1 Upper Pressing Seat and Support:

2.1.1 The upper pressing seat and support are welded using steel plates.
2.1.2 The upper pressing seat is fixed onto the worktable.
2.1.3 The power motor and reducer are installed inside the frame.

2.2 Inner Die as the Power Die: Equipped with one main motor  
2.2.1 The inner die is driven by the motor, reduction device, and drive shaft.
2.2.2 The inner die is made of Cr12MoV and is quenched for hardness.

2.3 Necking Outer Die:
2.3.1 The necking outer die is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
2.3.2 The height of the necking outer die is adjustable.

2.4 Upper Pressing Hydraulic Cylinder:
Installed on the upper press support bracket.

2.5 Upper Pressing Die Guiding Mechanism:
2.5.1Composed of guide rods, guide sleeves, etc.
2.5.2 The upper pressing die consists of an upper bearing seat, upper pressing plate, and upper die body.

2.6 End Cap Leveling and Positioning Mechanism:
2.6.1 

Consists of a leveling roller and two horizontal jacks to ensure the end cap is centered both horizontally and longitudinally.

2.7 Hydraulic System:
Integrated hydraulic system with One hydraulic motor,Hydraulic valve,and pump.Compacted design tidy and clean.

2.8 Electrical System:
Siemens PLC control.It is east to program and operate.Both in English and Chinese.

2.9.1 Head Shrinking Process Flow:
(1) Reset all parts and place the end cap on the roller shaft.
(2) Perform longitudinal centering.
(3) Start the main motor, move the outer die forward, and perform necking.
(4) After necking is completed, stop the main motor.
(5) Reset all parts and remove the work-piece.
