The 3 rolls asymmetrical rolling machine is mechanical types.The top roller and bottom roller are all main drive roller.The bottom roller lifts up and down to clamp the steel plate tightly.The meshing between the top roller gear and bottom roller gear is to driven the top roller.The side roller move titling to pre-bend the steel plate and circle.It is compact and easy to operate and maintain.

The release device is manual drop end.

Turn the upper roller to certain angle ,the rolled metal cylinder can be dropped out from one side of the upper roller.

Firstly feeding the plate bewteen top and bottom rolls,the plate is clampped.The side rolls goes up to pre bend the plate.When one side is prebended ,the side rolls go down.Then clamp another side plate.

And the same way pre bending the another side of steel.Then roll it  into cylinder or arc.
