This manual grinder is designed for sanding,brushing,grinding,graining,etc.

This versatile machine has two heads:an easy to change grinding disc and a brush.The different kind  of brushed can take care of deburring ,edge rounding ,finishing ,laser oxide removal and heavy slag removal.The mirror finish can be created if required.Thanks to the 180 degrees rotating shft,it is eay to rapidly swicth between different consumables.

Feature:

1.The dry metal deburring machine main frame is fabricated and ribbed with heavy steel plate to minimize vibration and deflection.

2.Instantly deburring different shapes and/or thicknesses without re-setting

the working dimensions of machine. Simply place the work piece on the table and debur them.

3.This machine can also be used for grinding, finishing and rounding edges with different abrasive materials and disc types.

4.Air Spring loaed working head is easy to change the working head.

5.The head hovers over the working table,so the operator just needs to apply a small downward pressure

to get down the head to workpiece.

6.Partial vacuum area 330x300mm for hold down small size workpiece for safe processing.

7.Different abrasive pad or brush available for different application.

8.One motor with two ends for different abrasive media.One head is disk brush ,one is Velcro pad to mount the sanding pad.The head is rotational,up to 180 degree with locating pin to 45 degree.

9.The swing arm has a wide working size 1500*1500mm(bigger than the table)

Technical data:

Safety Fence:

The manual deburring tool has adjustable safety fence(range 0-9mm).By loose the knob(A),the fence

height can be adjusted.After adjusment ,fix the knob again.This can promise worker's safety when deburring small workpiece.
