Small Press Brake 12ton 600mm is the development of our long time feedback from steel sheet fabrication field. We design this machine two model : one main spindle(Y),two main spindle(Y1,Y2).

We design this machine two model : one main axis(Y),two main axis(Y1,Y2)

First one has one Y axis ,it is suitable for bus bar bending ,Copper plate ,Aluminum plate  and so on.

Usually we match this type with Roll V Die for no marking bending for copper or aluminum.

The second has two Y axis,it is suitable for small sheet metal bending.

The small electric press brake is suitable for  small sheet metal fabrication.

 Advantage of electric press brake:

For  pure electric press  brake, the input power of the motor is proportional to the load power.

 It consumes a lot of power when bending, consumes little power when the slider moves up without load, and basically consumes no power when the slider stops. 

However, the main motor and hydraulic pump of the hydraulic  press brake continue to run even if the slider is not working, consuming electrical energy. In addition, the mechanical main transmission efficiency of pure electric servo bending machines is more than 95%, and the hydraulic transmission efficiency of hydraulic bending machines is less than 50% .

The efficiency of hydraulic system components is even lower after aging and wear.

In summary ,the small electric press brake application as following:

1.Suitable for processing the thinner (thickness greater than 10mm) busbar; 

2.Suitable for small and medium batches and prototype production; 

3.Higher versatility and lower cost of tooling;  (Place some work of punching machine).

4.Hig requqest for bending accuracy.
