Feature:

1.There are three working motors, all of which rotate synchronously and actively, and are selected according to 1.2 times the rated load.

2. Three cycloidal pinwheel reducers, selected according to 1.5 times the rated load.

 3. The connection between the reducer and the shaft is installed with a shaft, the machined surface and coaxiality are precise, and the coupling is not hard-connected, so the reducer is not easily damaged.

 4. The roller surface is made of No. 45 steel and is conventionally high-frequency quenched. 

5. Maximize the diameter of the shaft head and select the bearing according to 2.5 times the rated load.

6. The conventional control is to move the handle. 

7. The hydraulic station is equipped with a double solenoid valve, an electromagnetic relief valve and an axial piston pump. 

8. The hydraulic cylinder should be selected based on twice the rated load at 25MPA.

The cone rollers is consist of  3 parts.One is Hydraulic system,one is electric system,one is host parts.

Host machine:

1.Machine frame:cone roller machine seat is welded by section steel.The upper part of the frame is equipped with an upper roller pressing down oil cylinder, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected with the upper roller bearing seat. The upper roller rises and falls together with the oil cylinder.

Two cylinders of the upper roller uses rodless chambers to maintain the consistency of the system, that is, consistent working pressure, consistent compatibility, and a large effective area of the cylinder.Top rollers move up and down together.

2 .Roller parts:The cone roller is made of C45,tempered

3.Main drive system:All the three rollers are driven rollers.Driven by a cycloidal reducer, motor, and coupling device, it can rotate forward and reverse to provide power for sheet rolling.

Hydraulic system

The sheet metal cone rolling machine has an independent hydraulic pump station, which is composed of oil pump motor, hydraulic valve group, pipeline auxiliary parts, etc.The max hydraulic pressure is 20Mpa.

The lifting and lowering of the upper roller is controlled by hydraulic valves .It includes: electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve.

Electronic control system

 The cone roller's electrical control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and an operating console.Electrical centralized operation, easy to operate.
