Energy storage welding replacement:

Use a 2mm hex wrench to remove the three M2.5 hex socket head screws securing the welding gas ring. Replace it with the dedicated energy storage welding nozzle assembly, then secure it using the same three M2.5 hex socket head screws with the 2mm hex wrench.

Control System Features

The control system allows users to configure key welding parameters, including frequency, power, wobble frequency, wobble diameter, welding modes, and wire feeding settings.

Welding Modes:

  • CW (Continuous Welding): Supports welding with or without wire.

  • PWM (Pulse Width Modulation): Ideal for aluminum welding. Adjustable modulation frequency from 100Hz to 15,000Hz with a duty cycle range of 10% to 100%.

  • Argon Arc Mode: The laser beam activates, pauses for 100ms, and then repeats the cycle.

  • QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave): Pulse mode with adjustable pulse duration from 1ms to 50ms.
