2.High Precision Hydraulic Leveling Machine
2.1 The main structure of the hydraulic level with four columns and tie rods arranged in the four corners. The girders are made of cast steel annealed to relieve stress.

6. Description:
6.1The leveling roller is made of GCr15 bearing steel. After heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC58-63. Then hard plating with Chrome and anti-rust treatment.It has 9 top rollers, 10 low rollers.The roller diameter is 80mm.
6.2The upper and lower leveling roller groups are supported by special support bearings in turn to support each leveling roller. Prevent the leveling roller from bending and deforming after being stressed.
6.3The four hydraulic poles lock the gap of inlet and outlet. Whether there is workpiece pass or not ,the gas does not vary. The old tradition leveling machine use worm gear screw to lock the gap of inlet and outlet. When leveling workpiece ,the gap of inlet and outlet and machine frame is always changing, the leveling effect is not good.
6.4 The power part uses two 18.5KW reduction motors, the max leveling speed is 10 meters/min.
6.5 The multi-axis gearbox is designed by us.Upper leveling roller and low leveling roller have its own multi-axis gearbox.
6.6 Adjust the front and rear upper and lower roller gaps through four servo motors to adjust the spiral pair. The hydraulic locking device uses four hollow cylinders fixed on the column ,and the supporting system uses a brand-name hydraulic pump station.
6.7For machine body safety, it use inverter to check current. It will auto shut down for protection when leveling overloaded sheet metal parts.
6.8 Machine body right side has Maintenance window. It can be opened.It can draw out the lever roller and support roller. No need to taken apart the machine frame.It is easy to clean the lever roller and support roller.
6.9There is a touch screen on electric panel. It can set parameter. It has both Chinese and English.
6.10 The machine is compact, small footprint.The leveling machine does not need foundation.The machine is of high precision and noise is small.
7. Electric control, outer shell and other auxiliary devices of leveling machine
The electrical control part mainly includes electrical cabinets, controllers, and branded inverters, PLC touch screens and other electrical components.
