Features:

 1.The press brake low die is spring loaded.It is safe.

 2.There are two flap plate.The plate is Cr12Mov,the hardness is  HRC55-58.

3.The rolla v die body is of 42CrMo,its hardness is HRC50-52.

4.There is Pin in the side of the mould body.

5.The flap plate the key place for the wing bend tool.,it is proceeded on cnc grinding machine,then 

vacuum heat treat.
