a) Japan's YASKAWA servo motor is used in combination with the American DYNAPATH brand PC BASE industrial computer control system and the 15-inch color industrial touch screen to realize automatic control of the mechanical part. It has strong anti-interference ability and is suitable for use in various harsh working environments.
b) The Windows XPE human-computer dialogue program is professional and easy to use, so that users can be familiar with the system operation in a short time; The separate console is convenient for operators to adjust and use.
c) Standard Chinese display, Chinese and English can be installed according to customer needs.
d) It has unlimited machining program and unlimited bending program, and can be backed up by USB flash disk.
e) The memory and storage time of processing program and bending program is unlimited, and the program will not be lost due to power failure or long-term non-use.
f) The processing program is equipped with password protection function to prevent others from randomly modifying and causing abnormalities.
g) In the bending program, the independent processing speed of each axis can be set at 0-99 segments in each processing step. It has multi-section speed for adjustment, and can realize simultaneous movement of three axes, elastic wire processing settings, select different modes to flexibly use for different workpieces, and improve work efficiency.
h) During full-automatic processing, the total time and wire data of bending completion of each line piece are displayed, such as bending timing, processing count, shift production capacity, total output and other functions.
i) In case of any error or fault during automatic processing, the mechanical action can be suspended. After the error or fault is eliminated, the machine can still choose to continue to complete the unfinished work of the wire piece to properly avoid wire waste.
j) The control program has the function of automatic error detection and countermeasure text display, and the information of machine failure or illogical operation will be directly displayed on the screen, in cooperation with the description method, to prevent the machine from being damaged by human operation error. The above automatically detected abnormal information will be recorded and automatically stored for future maintenance reference.
k) Both automatic and manual modes have the function of mode setting, which can set a variety of different working modes, such as single-step operation, half-cycle operation, full-cycle operation, etc., to improve production efficiency.
m) Manual servo operation can set absolute value and relative value movement, accurate, convenient and fast.
n) Manual mode graphic selection operation to avoid manual misoperation.
o) With multiple delay parameter settings, the most appropriate time difference can be selected for each axis action to meet various bending changes.
p) The button has the automatic detection function of circuit input and output, which can easily find out the possible fault location.
q) In the process of processing, the touch screen of the mobile industrial controller displays the current processing value, speed value and precision value of the wire feed (Y) axis, the wire transfer (B) axis, and the bending (C) axis. It can also set the single-step execution action, semi-cycle operation, and full-cycle operation. At the same time, it can freely select manual, semi-automatic, and full-automatic. It uses the elastic button switch and has three functions of automatic start, emergency stop, and emergency stop to continue working, It is convenient for manual intervention when bending special workpieces, with high safety performance.
r) The wire feeding (Y) axis is driven by a servo motor, which can realize the positioning of the bending position of each bend and the distance between the bending angle and the bending angle, and can control the feeding speed and positioning accuracy.
s) The turning line (B) axis is driven by a servo motor, which can realize the angle and positioning in different directions of each bend, and can control the speed and accuracy of the angle.
t) Bending (C) axis is driven by servo motor, and corresponding bending speed can be set for different bending angles.
u) Air pressure pressing mechanism: the air pressure pressing mechanism can keep the wire and the mold in the same horizontal line, and ensure the bending accuracy.
v) The electric box is equipped with industrial heat exchanger to maintain constant temperature, which can avoid damage to electronic components due to high temperature.
