Production of forming a corner:
1.Cut the sheet using a fiber laser cutting machine or a hydraulic shearing machine.
2.Prepare the press brake lower die as shown in the reference image.
3.Bend the panel using a CNC press brake.
4.Form the corner with our corner forming machine.
5.Trim the edges as needed.
Before CNC corner forming, the sheet panel must have its four edges bent using a hydraulic press brake with upper and lower molds.
