CNC Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine DELEM DAC360T 

The frame and shear holder are made of steel components. The upper shear holder undergoes tempering to relieve internal stress, ensuring strong rigidity and excellent stability.

With the help of the hydraulic cylinder, the blade holder moves up and down along the guide rails to perform the cutting action.

The rear stop is driven by a ball screw, with the distance adjustment controlled by a motor. This provides precise positioning and smooth, fast operation.

The pressing mechanism consists of a set of hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders press the material by overcoming the spring tension, with the pressure oil driving the action.

After cutting, the spring tension returns the mechanism to its original position.

For easier cutting of wider materials, a front support frame is mounted on the machine’s front. Three or four  of these supports includes a ruler and side positioning blocks.

The hydraulic system features overload protection and a clear, visible oil level indicator. The shearing guillotine machine can run continuously for up to 16 hours under rated load. The hydraulic system ensures leak-free operation and stable performance, maintaining high precision throughout.

2.Features:

1.DAC 360 Go-To Programmable digital control provides up to 750mm travel on hardened ballscrew back-gauge allowing operator to program the cut length required. Also fitted is a stroke counter & stroke adjustment dial allowing shorter materials to be cut using a shorter stroke length, this feature will increase production.

2.Hydraulic individual sheet material clamping system with nylon inserts to protect material from indentation from the clamping cylinders along full length of machine.

3.Adjustable hydraulic variable blade rake system via control panel 0.5˚-1°30'

4.Control box mounted higher than standard on side of machine to protect it from material damaging the control unit due to heavy material loading on sheet supports prior shearing.

5.Simplified blade gap adjustments to allow for a wide range of material types and thicknesses of 0.7 - 8mm enabling minimised distortion of the cut length.

6.Transfer balls inserted into work table allowing material to be easily moved to the cut position and squaring arm.

7.Top shearing blade made from 6CrW2Si quality composite and has two (2) cutting edges allowing minimised down time in blade rotation.

8.Bottom shearing blade made from 6CrW2Si quality composite and has four (4) cutting edges allowing minimised down time in blade rotation.

9.The core structure of the steel main frame has been electronically welded ensuring maximum penetration during the manufacturing process. In addition to this feature the cutting beam has been stress relieved eliminating any distortion after manufacturing.

10.Shadow line lighting has been incorporated into the machine frame providing a clear cutting line on the work piece and enabling scribed or marked material to be cut with simplicity as required.

11.Heavy duty squaring arm is fitted with a graduated rule and adjustable flip up front stops allowing operator to cut to measure from the front of machine. Flip over stops can be set to repeat cutting length required with accuracy. The arm also aligns the material to be located square to the cutting edge.

12.Safety reset button for guarding system located at rear of machine, this feature requires operator to walk to rear of machine to visually check for any obstruction prior to resetting & starting machine

13.Mild steel capacity is rated on hot rolled material with 250MPA

The pressing system features an integrated circuit and independent parallel pressing cylinders. It automatically adjusts to the sheet metal’s surface, allowing for expansion and compression to accommodate uneven material.
