The Universal Ironworker Machine is designed for punching, cutting, notching, and bending. With interchangeable molds, it can also handle custom workpieces. Instead of purchasing separate machines for punching, shearing, press braking, profile cutting, and notching, the Ironworker consolidates all these functions into one, streamlining your operations.
Safety is always our top priority. That's why we’ve integrated multiple safety features into our Ironworker machines. For instance, an emergency stop switch is located in both the electrical cabinet and at the machine stations, allowing you to stop the machine immediately in case of an emergency. Additionally, a safety mechanism at the notching station ensures the machine won’t operate if the safety shield is open, preventing unsafe operation.

The Ironworker features five working stations, combining various functions such as metal cutting, punching, shearing, and bending. It offers advantages like easy operation, low energy consumption, and minimal maintenance costs. The hydraulic Ironworker is ideal for machining small workpieces and can operate multiple stations simultaneously.
The left footswitch independently controls the punching station, while the right footswitch controls all other operations at the same time.
Fuction
Punching holes The punching function is located at the left side of the ironworker machine and is operated by the left foot switch. You can punch holes of various sizes and shapes by switching out the upper and lower dies. Each die set has a specific lifespan, and once it’s used up, the die needs to be replaced. For the Q35Y-25 model, the "25" refers to the maximum plate thickness it can shear, which is 25mm. | ![]() |
Bending This station is shared with the punching station, so the upper and lower dies need to be replaced together. | ![]() |
