Machine features:

1.Small High Speed Press Brake needs not hydraulic oil, and adopts electric cylinder to drive itself, so that avoid the pollution of hydraulic oil and oil temperature for the machine accuracy effect, etc.

2. Electric cylinder adopts heavy-duty and high-precision ball screw, with long life.

3. When bending, the servo motor drives the cylinder. The servo motor consumes very little power when going down and going back, so the equipment is very energy-saving. Compared with the same series of hydraulic press brake, the energy saving is more than 50%.

4. If the upper punch length is below 500mm, adopts self-made quick release. If above 500mm, adopts double-sides quick release.

Machine Structural:

The overall frame structure of the fuselage. Using energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric cylinder as the power source, high-efficiency work, servo motor drive, low noise and high precision. There are double-cylinder and single-cylinder drive, smooth operation, optional multi-axle rear gear, suitable for bending of different sheet angles.

Backgauge

Adopt high configuration ball screw and linear guide, servo motor. Up and down multi-axis motion can be selected to achieve convenient bending of the sheet. It has high precision and high efficiency bending effect.

Control System

It has powerful functions, rich built-in resources, and features products that are safe, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Fast Clamp and Mould

Using high-quality quick clamps, it is convenient to load and unload molds and has a long service life.

The upper die adopts a straight knife die, and the lower die can choose double V die or single V die for production, which can support die customization. The mold material is 42CrMo or other high-quality materials.
