Pure Electric Press Brake is driven by the servo through the mechanical structure of the direct drive, eliminating the need for excessive transmission of hydraulic pressure, so as to realize high transmission efficiency. The servo motor load would also change in a real time with the change of the bending process pressure. The energy consumption is quite low when the equipment is powered but does not work, greatly reducing the loss of electricity. Servo motor direct drive response up to 100ms or less, the work beat is much higher than the hydraulic bending machine, the number of bending per minute can be more than 50 times, greatly increasing the efficiency.
1. Full closed-loop control system, higher precision.
The drive device is servo motor, the feedback device is magnetic scale, the system could monitor the real-time position of the slider, whether it has reached the required running position of the slider.
2. Heavy-duty ball screw drive bending pressure, long life.
Heavy-duty ball screw dynamic load is more than 3 times of the full load, not easy to produce fatigue, high transmission efficiency, and the life of the screw with the full load could reach up to 10000000 revolutions.
However, due to heavy-duty ball screw dynamic load limit, the tonnage of the Electric Press Brake can not be too large which shall be less than 60 tons, and the tonnage of the dynamic pulley structure could reach up to 130 tons
