Metal enclosures are commonly used in industrial applications. Some popular types of industrial enclosures include aluminum enclosures, floor-standing steel enclosures, sheet steel enclosures, wall-mounted steel enclosures, and more.
How are these sheet metal corners produced? Typically, they are first cut using a sheet metal shearing machine. Then, the four corners are cut with a hydraulic angle cutting machine. After that, they are bent using a hydraulic press brake and finally laser-welded by welding machines.
Welding can be a tough job, and it's not a role that younger workers typically enjoy. To address this, Rizhen Machinery has developed a new corner forming technique that simplifies the process.

4.What is the corner forming process
4.1. cutting the plate by a hydraulic shearing machine or cnc laser cutting machine
4.2Cutting the materail is an correct way is important for forming a good quality corner.
For fiber laser cutting machine ,cut like the following:
R=U x Bendig Height (Contains the plate thickness)
Cool steel U=1.8
Stainless Steel U=1.6
Aluminum U=1.9-2.0
If you cut by hydraulic shearing machine ,please cut like the below:
C=Bending Height (include the thickness of the plate)
L=0.4xBending height(contans the plate thickness)
4.2. bending the four corners by cnc press brake with grinded low die
