Sharp edges and corners on sheet metal can be caused when metal parts are stamped, punched, milled or on parts cut by laser, plasma, water jet or guillotine shear. A radius is created on the edge of the metal during edge rounding of metal products. Edge rounder ensures that the sharpens of the edge is removed and it is given a uniform rounding.
