How to Produce Decorative Stainless Steel Profiles?

In decorative filed ,it has stainless steel decorative profile.

T profile are for Walls, Ceiling, Tiles, Flooring, Main door, Interior Decoration, Bathroom.

Its raw material is stainless steel 304 grade. Size T6 to T25 ,length2500mm  (8 feet)or 3200mm (10 feet).The metal surface is PVD coated.

Thickness:08-1.2mm 

There are L shape ,U Shape,T shape.

Application:Door pattern,pillar cladding ,TV Unit,Bed back Panel

For producing the stainless steel profile,it needs three machine.Firstly cut the steel to narrow retangle shape by hydraulic guillotine shearing,then use cnc v grooving machine to v cut some slots on the narrow plate,then use cnc press brake to bend these slots,at last you need to hem the plate to get a T shape profile.

4.1.Machine Body

The cnc press brake machine body consists of left and right uprights and oil tansk,The worktable and the bottom beam are welded as a whole and the machine frame is thick

and rigid and the whole machine frame is processed by numerical control floor type boring and milling precision machines,and with high precision.

The stable structure ensure that each positional requirements for the mounting surface. 

4.2.Ram

The slider is an integral steel plate ,the slider is annealed as a whole ,and it is processed by CNC floor boring and milling. 

Long -term guarantee of stable accuracy.It moves up and down along the guide rail under the action of the oil cylinder.

Electro-hydraulic proportional valves and the electronic amplifier for the valve to form a control system ,which accurately detects and controls the opertion of the slider speed and position.The slide is kept in sync to ensure the bending depth and angle degree,high synchronization accuracy.

4.3.Machine body 

Frame ,sliders and other important components are analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software computer-aided optimization design

not only looks beautiful but also ensures the reliability of the machine.

4.4.Oil cylinder

The main hydraulic cylinder and slider are the main moving parts of the bending machine.The main hydraulic cylinder strucutre is mainly composed of cylinder body and piston. 

The seals are mainly imported rings,and the sealing performace is good.Oil cylinder adopts Shanghai heyan or Foshan Liyan.

4.5.Slider adjusting device

First,the numerical control system gives a signal to control the opening and closing of the hydraulic valve,and drives the slider downward.The magnetic grides instaled on both

sides of the frame detect the downward position of the slider and feedack of the cnc system.By changing the size of the electrical signal ,the opening size of the valves is controlled ,operation and the stop position of the slider are adjusted,the positioning accuracy and the repeated positioning accuracy of the slider are achieved ,so as to ensure the precise angle of the folding work piece.

4.6.Slider synchronization mechanism

Synchroniztation accuracy of machine tools slide(Y1,Y2):Slider stop motion control axis control bend depth and bend agle.

Two gratings mounted on a workbench by a numerical contorl system ruler (Y1,Y2),electro-hydraulic proportional valve and valve with electronic amplifier to form a control syetem,

accurate .The relative position of the slider and the workbench is accurately detected and controled,and the speed of the slider is controlled degree and location.Keep the slider running synchronously to ensure the bending depth and angle .High synchronization accuuray.
