Corner Former Machine

1.Install corner former machine in workshop.

Place the corner former machine in an appropriate position in the workshop.The palce should be flat.

The corner forming machine no need to fixed on anchor bolt.

2.Corner former machine usage.

The corner forming machine is used for thin sheet (thickness less than 3mm ) for  forming corner without welding.

It sheet metal firstly bend by  a cnc press brake with special press brake mould.Then forming the corner in corner forming machine mould station.Then shearing the edge in shearing station.

The machine can proceed a wide of materail,from aluminum,cold-rolled plate ,stainless steel,copper.

Max bending height:30mm

Max Plate thickness :3mm

3.Machine Structure:

The corner moulding machine is closed type.The machine has cabinet,main machine body,hydraulic system ,pneumatic system,PLC control system and the seat.

4.Host Machine:

The machine is consist of two station.One is forming the  corner station,one is  trimming station.

5.Hydraulic System:

Hydraulic system provide pressure for pressing ,forming and shearing.

6.Pneumatic system :

The pneumatic system is for change corner forming mould ,stock plate and lift the safety window.

7.Safety operation 

1) Before operating this machine, operator must be trained. The operator must be familiar with the machine’s instruction manual and understand the structural performance of the machine.

2)A trained worker should be specially assigned for operating this machine.

3) When the machine is working, the Operator must not be away from his/her job, if he/she will be away from the machine for special reasons, the machine must be shut down and power cut.

4) When the machine is operating, non-operating personnel are prohibited to enter the work area.

5) Hydraulic system of the machine have been adjusted before shipment, if re-adjustment is needed, it should be performed by professionals or trained operator.

6)Hydraulic system oil should be changed regularly according to the instruction manual, unfiltered oil is strictly prohibited to pour into the tank.

7) Manually change mode only for debugging, normal use must be properly set the PLC parameters and practical.
