2 Rolls Rolling Machine is featured with a neroprena bottom roll(elastic roller) and a rigid top roll(Steel Roller).The machine is controlled by Korea LG PLC.It has two rollers.The upper roller is the bending roller.The lower roller is the pinch roller or the idler roller. Bend the metal sheet or plate between the two rollers.

Working principle:
When the rigid roller is pressed the elastic top roller with a certain hardness and elasticity, the elastic roller deforms in a radial depression.The sheet material fed between the two rollers is bent by the reverse force of the elastic material deformation to drive the elasticity. Roller, so as to achieve continuous bending of the sheet.
Introduction of machines
1.The gate of the top roller .It can turn down ,the put out work piece.
2.The top roller ,which decides what diameter you can roll.
3.Limit switch:in Auto mode,when limit switch is on,it begins to roll.

6.Hydraulic valve.
7.Lower roller ,which is made of polyurethane.Let it push to the top roller when don not work.

1:Power light:shows whether he power is on /off.
2:Hydraulic On: start the oil pump
3:Manual door open:Open the gate of top roller
4:Roller up:The lower roller goes up
5:Inching:When press the button ,the machine runs ,release the button ,the machine stops.
6:Start:start machine,operate in auto model.
7:Manual/Auto:two ways of machine work model
8:Manual door close:close the door
9:Manual lower:The lower roller goes lower.
10:EmergencyStop:When Press down ,the machine stops. Release it by turn clockwise direction.
11:Reset:In manual mode ,it does not work.In Auto ,the lowe roller goes down,and door open. Then press “Start ”button ,the machine roll automatic.

Installation and debugging of the machine
1. The preparation of the installation:
☆ AC power of three-phase 380V, 60Hz (based on the real situation)
☆ Leave enough work space in front of the machine
2. The installation procedure:
1)Fix the machine on hard ground.
2)Add NO46 hydraulic oil about 2/3 of the oil tank. Adjust the oil pressure to5-6Mpa.
Check the direction of the electric motor rotation.If it’s a wrong direction, please exchange two fire wires.
The green wire is N wire ,donnot change it. The black,grey and orange is live wire.If the motor Counterclockwise rotate ,change two of them. |
The instruction of operation procedure
1.Make sure the machine is on level site.
2.Add oil ,connect electric wire.
3.Open the main power switch .
1 for main power 2 for oil pump 3 for top roller motor
Power indicator is light. |
4.Open 3 to on state |
5.Press the “Oil pump start”button. |
6.Press the inch button |
7.check the oil pump motor clockwise rotate. Or check the low die clockwise rotate.

8.Turn button “Manual/Auto” to Manual model. |
9.Press “Manual close” button ,let the door close. |
10.Press“Roller UP” ,let the lower roller reaches the limit switch. |
11.Feeding raw materail and press “INCHING” make the cylinder.

12.Turn “Manual/Auto”to auto model,adjust rolling time(how to adjust the time see below)
In Auto mode ,how to adjust the roll time
(DELIXI Time Relay) 1 means time unit .It has 3 unit :S,H and M. S means second.H means hour.M means minute. 2,3,4,5 are numbers. - means reduce number + means add number For example in the picture 85S88 means:85.88 second. It has “ -+” button, to change the number bigger or smaller. |
13.Press the foot pedel(Foot Pedal is the same function as “START”button),machine close door ,lower roller goes up auto,feeding the raw material.

14.After rounding ,the lower roller goes down,open the door.
15.Take out the work piece.
16.If machine runs wrong ,press down“Emergency Stop”button, the machine will stop. Then turn machine to manual model and reset the machine. |
