Ironworker is also known as hydraulic punching ,shearing and notching machine. An iron worker is probably the most versatile tool in any fabrication or weld shop, because it is more than just one machine.Ironworker machine can install many tools.So it has multi-function.
In tradition way ,iron worker can install punch and die for punching round hole,slot holes.For increase productivity,you can even choose punching 3,or 4 holes together.The machine can punch hole in mild steel ,stainless steel ,galvanized steel,Aluminum Steel ,Copper Steel and so.It can not only punch on plate steel ,but also can punch on pipe steel
and profile steel,like angle steel ,channel steel,I steel and H steel.
Compared with Laser cutting machine fast cut hole in thin plate ,Iron worker machine has advantage in punching thick plate steel,the thickness is from 12mm to 40mm.
In the middle station ironworker machine can cut round bars,square bars,channel steel ,I steel ,Angel steel and so.

1.Fishplates
Fishplate is a connection bar used in many sheet metal fields,likes railways,elevator and so on.
2.Dimple plate
Dimple plate is a metal sheet with lots of little dents on its surface. These plates are used in factories and industries for tasks like moving heat or substances around.
3.Slotting and tenoning of channel steel
You can use iron worker join channel steel ,H steel ,I steel,Angle steel
Firstly slot it ,then tenoning it.
4.Louver plate
Louver Plate Kit is designed to provide ventilation in enclosures where excessive internal heat or excessive moisture is a problem.Louver plate is widely used in building ventilation,HVAC Systems,Sheet metal enclosures,Automotive Industry and so on.
5.Angle Steel and Channel Steel Bending
Angle steel often needs to bend.First you need cut a V slot ,then bending it with press brake tooling.It is easy to bend after v cutting.
Firstly notch a V in notching station ,then use press brake tool to bending angle steel.
6.W-beam Guardrail Connecting Bracket
