Bending 90 Degree and How to Calculate Unfold Size

What is K factor is sheet metal filed?

If one product  ,raw materail is mild steel ,thickness is 2mm,our first bending is 30mm ,second bending is 59.5  ,what is unfold size?

The V width is 6mm

Sheet metal flate length = 30+59.5-2x(2-0.35)=86.2mm

or 30+59,5-2x2+2x0.35=86.2mm

The K-factor is determined by the material physical properties, bending method, bending angle, and other factors. 
It typically ranges between 0.30 and 0.50.

Our V if bigger 1 mm ,the flate length will be bigger 0.1mm

If want  to bend 20mm ,What is the press line ?

Bending size=20-t+1/2t*0.35
