How many Types of Press Brake

Press brake is a common bending machine in sheet metal filed.There are four type of press brake these days.

Torsion-bar Press Brake

The torsion-bar bending machine is the uses torsion-bar to link the left and right cylindes.If the Y1 and Y2 is not synchronization,it need to adjust the connecting rod.The slider has poor anti-eccentric load ability.It is mechanical adjustment cylinder stroke.

Electro-hydraulic Press Brake

CNC Hydraulic Press Brake intalls grating ruler on the left and right of slider.Its synchronization rely on servo synchronized valve.It has high synchronization precision .It has closed type feedback about the synchronization.It is hydraulic system control the stroke.Adopt the technology of full loop electro hydraulic servo control of press brake ,the positoning signal of the upper beam feedback through magnetic scale

to cnc system,and the cnc syetem will check the opening size of synchronous valves ,adjust the inlet oil amount, to realize the synchronizing movement

of the upper beam(Y1,Y2) and keep the worktable always in parallel situation.

According to the technology state of the press brake ,CNC system can control the amount of crowning compensation of worktable automatically ,to achieve consistent angle in whole length.

Pump Controlled CNC Press Brake

Pump control system of bending machine is adoped a combination of servo motor and two-way internal gear pump for the press brake.

Change oil pump motor to servo motor,real-time control over motor speed ,reduces idle work,achieves the engery saving ,

high efficiency and stability.
