How to Bend Small Diameter Cylinder

Electric 3 Rolls Plate Rolling Machine

Standard roller diameter is 72mm ,it can custom to make the top diameter 55mm ,then it can bend 60mm diameter cylinder.  

Mechanical 3 rollers rolling machine

The smallest model is w11-4x1500,the top roller diameter is 150mm ,it can the smallest diameter is 200mm.

Asymmetric plate rolling machine

The top roller and bottom roller are all main drive roller.The bottom roller lifts up and down to clamp the palte right.

Through the meshing between top roller gear and bottom roller gear to drive the top roller.

The smallest model is W11F-2x1000,the top diameter is 110mm,it can bend 130mm diameter cylinder.

Four rollers hydraulic rolling machine

The four rollers hydraulic rolling machine can roll many shapes,the smallest model is W12-4x2000,the top roller diameter is 160mm,

can bend smallest diameter is 200 mm.You can also choose servo type to make sure the bending precision.
