Sheet metal follower can be equipped with all brands and models of upward Press brake (oil electric hybrid Press brake, electro-hydraulic servo Press brake, torsion shaft Press brake).

The main body is an independent structure, without changing the mechanical parts of the Press brake, and the base is a Fuma wheel structure, which can be moved at any time.

The material support table is equipped with a universal rolling ball, which facilitates the movement of the workpiece, the direction of rotation, and the bending of the workpiece.

The height of the pallet can be adjusted up and down, making it convenient to install molds of different heights.

An independent PLC electrical control system uses a magnetic grating ruler to feedback information to the computer, and the computer controls the servo motor to perform closed-loop follow-up action.

The follow-up flipping speed can be adjusted according to different plate thicknesses, without the need to modify the bending master control system, and standard bending does not require programming; Human machine interface, programmable or manual operation.

There is no need to reform the Press brake, just need to punch a displacement sensor in the Press brake slider, and connect it to the Press brake inlet interface for use
