2.1 Body
The body of the machine is a three beam four column combination structure, single cylinder compression, and uniform force distribution. The upper crossbeam, workbench, and slider of the fuselage are all constructed with welded steel plates; All major welding components of the hydraulic press are welded using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding to ensure welding quality; After welding, all large parts undergo annealing treatment to fully eliminate welding stress, ensure that the welded parts do not deform, and maintain excellent accuracy of the welded parts.
2.2 slider
The sliding guide of this hydraulic press is a four column guide. The slider has been designed with an extended guiding length, and its guiding part has been lengthened to have higher guiding accuracy and stronger resistance to eccentric loads. The lubrication of the slider adopts oil injection lubrication to ensure the guiding lubrication performance of the slider and the four columns and improve wear resistance. The lower plane of the slider is equipped with a T-shaped groove for easy connection of the mold.
2.3 workbench
The workbench is a box type welded structure, with a hydraulic pad slider and an ejector cylinder installed in the middle. The workbench pad is precision machined from a thick steel plate as a whole.
This machine is equipped with a hydraulic pad device. Hydraulic pads can be used as ejector or stretching pads. The hydraulic pad slider is driven by a piston type oil cylinder, and there is a hardened pad on the hydraulic pad slider to improve mechanical strength. 2.4 Hydraulic cylinder assembly
The cylinder body and piston rod of the hydraulic press cylinder are made of high-quality steel and manufactured by a professional hydraulic cylinder factory. The main sealing of the oil cylinder adopts branded products, and the surface of the piston rod of the oil cylinder has undergone strict quenching, hard chrome plating and polishing treatment, which can ensure that the piston rod of the oil cylinder is wear-resistant, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
2.5 Four pillars

3.Hydraulic System Description
The hydraulic transmission device of this machine is configured on the right side of the press, and its function is to control the movement of the slider. The hydraulic control system adopts advanced integral two-way plug-in valve integrated blocks. It has fast response speed, large oil flow capacity, low flow resistance, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. The pilot solenoid valve of the plug-in valve adopts a well-known domestic brand, and the power unit adopts a high flow CY high-pressure variable axial piston pump,; The lower chamber of the oil cylinder is equipped with a dual circuit safety valve, which can reliably prevent overpressure and accidental downward protection in the lower chamber.
The hydraulic system circuit is designed with a high-precision high-pressure oil inlet filter to ensure the cleanliness of the system's oil. The filter is equipped with a blocking pressure signaling device to ensure the normal operation of the system; Low pressure large diameter pipelines have flexible joint seismic isolation, and pipelines with a diameter of 20 or more use flange type pipe joints, which have good shock resistance and leak prevention performance.
4.Electrical System Description
The electrical control of this hydraulic press adopts a stroke switch to control the movement of the main cylinder and the lifting cylinder. The electrical system has an independent control cabinet and a movable two hand button control console.
The main supporting components of the electronic control system, such as contactors, time relays, proximity switches, buttons, etc., are all imported parts or imported technology products, while other components are high-performance accessories produced with imported technology or licenses.
5.Safety and interlocking measures
5.1. Both the control cabinet and the movable button station are equipped with "emergency stop" and "emergency return" buttons. When an abnormality occurs, pressing any button can cause the press to urgently stop at its original position or return to the starting position.
5.2. Two hand button operation. When operating semi-automatic on a mobile console, both hands must press the 'work' button simultaneously to start working.
5.3. All slider limit travel positions are equipped with travel limit protection switches.
5.4. The lower chamber of the main oil cylinder that drives the slider is equipped with a dual circuit safety valve, which can prevent overpressure and accidental downward movement in the lower chamber of the oil cylinder.
5.5. The oil tanks of hydraulic presses are equipped with liquid level and filter blockage alarm signals, as well as electromagnetic valve on/off signal displays.
