The W11F Series machines are primarily designed for the sheet metal industry and small maintenance shops. These machines feature a durable, fabricated sheet frame and sealed bearings on the main rolls for reliable performance.
The drive system is fully electric, offering instant start, stop, and reverse capabilities. The bending roll can be adjusted to create tapered parts.
Shipped fully assembled and ready to operate, the machine only requires power to get started and is immediately capable of producing precise cylinders. There are also a variety of optional upgrades available to enhance the machine's capabilities, including special hardened and polished rolls, digital readouts for roll positioning, specialized grooved rolls, starting grooves, bar and angle attachments, and much more.
Pinch Roll Structure:
The initial roll features a 3-roll design with an asymmetric structure. The top and bottom rollers are positioned vertically, while the forming roller is located on the side and can move up and down for prebending functionality. All three rollers are motorized for efficient operation.
The rollers are precisely machined and mounted on a compact, streamlined welded steel frame for durability. A heavy-duty, all-gear drive system rotates the 2-roll drive, ensuring smooth operation, while sealed ball bearings are used at all key points for added reliability.
The roller surfaces are polished and induction-hardened for long-lasting performance. The bending roll can be tilted to accommodate cone bending, and the rolls are equipped with extensions for bending profiles. The top roll can swing outward to allow easy removal of completed cylinders.
The machine also features a movable pedal control for convenience and a safety cable around the perimeter of the rollers for added protection.
