Blue Color CNC Sheet Metal Folding Machine with High Efficiency

The folding machine is constructed from Q345 mild steel with fully welded plates. The heavy-duty, reinforced folding and bending beams are powered by hydraulic systems. Both the folding angle and backgauge are controlled by a numerical control system. The hydraulic clamp and unclamp functions can be operated with a foot pedal, while the bending clamp is also controlled via a foot switch.

Numerical Control System

The CNC touch screen allows for automatic bending and clamping. It can save up to 99 programmable angle settings for fast and precise folding. For a single program, up to 20 steps can be stored. The system operates in manual, step-by-step, automatic, and repeat modes. It’s designed to control a 4-ram folder with functions for up, down, clamping, and release.

Hydraulic System:

The compact hydraulic system delivers powerful folding and clamping force. The hydraulic station is mounted at the back of the folding machine, keeping the setup clean and tidy.
