Folding machine is made of mils steel Q345,wholly plate welded.Heavy duty reinforced folding beam and bending beam are powered by hydraulic systems.The folding angle and backgauge is controlled by numerical control system .Hydraulic clamp and unclamp can be operated by foot fedal .Bending clamp can be also operated by foot switch.

Numerical Control System

cnc touch screen ,bending and clamping both be auto.It can save 99 station programmable angle setting for quick and accurate folding.For single program it can store 20  steps.The operation in manual, step program, automatic modes and repeat modes.It is designed to control a 4 ram folder with up, down, clamp and release functionality.

Hydraulic System:

Compact hydraulic system provides strong  power for folding and clamping.The hydraulic station is mounted on the back of folding machine.It is clean and neated.
