Sheet Metal Folder 2mm Main structure:

The main components of the machine are constructed from welded steel plates, ensuring high strength, excellent rigidity, and a lightweight design. Internal stress is eliminated through heat treatment, providing enhanced durability.

The machine is made up of a bed, pressing beam, bending beam, back gauge die sets, hydraulic system, safety guards, and electrical system, all working together smoothly and reliably. Thanks to the hydraulic drive system, the machine operates stably and is easy to maintain.

The upper die is sectional, allowing flexible assembly to different lengths as needed, making it ideal for manufacturing plate and case parts. The working angle can be adjusted quickly for added convenience.
