Sheet Metal Folder 3mm

The Hydraulic Pan Box Folder features a fully hydraulic system with a folding capacity of 3 mm x 1320 mm. Directly supplied by a Chinese factory.

• Bending capacity: 1300 mm x 3.0 mm for mild steel

• Bending capacity: 1300 mm x 2.0 mm for stainless steel

The machine’s main components are constructed from welded steel plates, eliminating internal stress through heat treatment to ensure high strength, excellent rigidity, and a lightweight design.

The entire machine is built with a steel welded plate structure, featuring heavy-duty clamping and folding beams. The hydraulic system is compactly integrated into the back of the machine, minimizing its footprint while maintaining a clean, organized appearance. The control console is located on the right side for easy and convenient operation by the operator.

1.Manual Button controller

This is simple and economic .Both folding angle and back gauge is moved by manual.Simple button easy to learn.

2.Numerical display ENC 158 Controller

The ENC 158 control is a numerical control system featuring both buttons and a blue touchscreen. It allows you to input bending angles and automatically control the back gauge. With just one step, it can save up to 20 different settings and store up to 9999 programs.

The ENC 158 controller manages both bending angles and back gauge positioning. The standard back gauge has a travel range of 500 mm.

In Manual Mode ,How to adjust the Folding Angle.

By the handewheel ,you can easy make the backgauge forward and backward.
