The Super Welding Wire Feeding System, introduced in 2019, includes a self-developed control system with both wire retraction and feeding functions. This system is compatible with a wide range of handheld welding wire feeding units.

1.2 Attention information:

1.Ensure reliable grounding before power supply of  UNK1.

2.UNK1 wire feeding wheels are matched with the wire warps and correspond to thewire feeding pipes.

2. Installation

2.1Definition of circuit wiring

Two plugs are provided at the tail of the complete machine,which are defined as follows according to different models, and are directly connected to the control box.

Except for customized models, all models have the same power supply, 220V input (support 110V input, need to replace the switching power supply), and the wire feeding signal is a passive conduction signal. Please note that the main control board of individual models distinguishes the wire feeder signal ±, please connect according to the line mark.

Installation of the welding wire disc 

1.Do not use flux-cored wire. Always select welding wire that matches the material being welded.

2.There are two wire feeding wheels, each with a different model to accommodate different wire diameters. Make sure to install them correctly. When using 1.2mm welding wire, the side of the feeding wheel marked with "1.2" should be facing outward.

3.During installation, ensure the welding wire is securely placed in the slot before clamping it.

2.2. Installation of wire feed wheel


1. There are two wire feed rollers. The two sides are of different models and correspond to different core diameters. Please be sure to install them accordingly. If you install 1.2 welding wire, the side of the wire feed roller marked 1.2 will be on the outside.

2.3.Installation of wire feed pipe

2.3.1. Loosen the locking screw of the wire feeding tube, insert it into theappropriate position and then lock it.

3.2.Please note that [connection block] distinguishes models, that is, differentmodels use different connection blocks, and other accessories are the same
