80-ton 3200mm Automatic Cable Tray Bending Machine with TP10S, CNC Press Brake for Cable Tray  Production Line.This is machine can save labor cost ,no need professional press brake operater.The worker just put on the plate on the worktable ,press the foot pedal ,then machine will work auto,and you can aslo book a discharge table 2200x500x700mm for discharge the cable.

Main Features:

1.The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity;the machine is designed by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.

2.The servo motors for back-gauge and ram stroke are controlled by servo driver, which can achieve high positioning accuracy of the back-gauge and can work with high speed.

3.X axis (Back-gauge) and Y axis (Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the controller, which can set the bending angle directly.

4.The column, upper working slide and lower working table of the machine tool are processed and formed by a floor boring machine and milling machine at one time, which ensures the parallelism, verticality and parallelism of each installation surface

5.Side and rear metal safety guard provide safety standard.

6.The back-gauge will be equipped with linear guide and ball screw.

7.Hydraulic overload can be protected by overflow valve, System pressure can be regulated by pressure switch easily.

8.Foot switch with emergency stop can stop the machine immediately when accident happen.

How to bend cable tray:

The machine table has two pneumatic support and back gauge has three piece of pneumatic support.one set discharge equipment to get off the materail.The front pneumatic support with brush reduce scraping mark .The back gauge system is positioned by the servo motor runned ball screw drive. The first bending is performed by  placing the steel plate on the workbench and pressing the foot switch. After the first bending, the electromagnet &pneumatic clamp will position the sheet according to the settings. In this way, automatic bending is realized, and after finished the bending, the cable tray will be pushed by the pneumatic discharge cylinder to the discharge conveyor rack.
