CNC Press Brake Machine Has a series of strict safety operating procedures:
1.Strictly follow the safety operation rules of the cnc press brake machine and wear labor protection equipments as required.
2.Before starting ,carefully check whether the motor ,switch ,circuit and grounding are normal and firm,and wheck whether the various operating parts and buttons of the equipment are
in the correct position.
3.Check the coincidence and firmness of the upper and lower dies;check whether each positioning device meets the requirements of the pricessed material.
When the upper dliding plate and each positioning axis are not in the original position,run the return to origin program.
4.After the equipment is started ,it should run empty for 1-2minutes,and the upper sliding plate should move 2-3 times at full stroke.If any abnormal sound or malfunction is found,
it should be stopped immediately ,and the fault should be eliminated before working.
5.One person should command during operation to ensure close cooperation between the operator and feeding and pressing personnel ,and ensure that the cooperating personnel are in a safe position before issuing bending signals.
6.Accoding to the thickness,shape,and size of the material to be bent,adjust the slider stroke and adjust the selection of the upper and lower dies and bending pressure.The size of the lower die opening and the bending force of the workpiece must be checked against the bending force table on the right side of the machine tools.The working bending force must not be greater than the nominal force.
7.When adjusting the clearance between the upper and lower dies,the slider must be stopped at the top dead center.The clearance must be adjusted from large to small.
When the clearance between the upper and lower dies is initially adjusted ,it is generally aboit 1mm larger than the plate thickness ,and the clearance must be greater than
the plate thickness to prevent the mold from bending damaged due to no clearnace.
8.When two or more pople are bending,one person must be designated to step on the brake,and the power must be cut off when leaving the machine tool.
9.Do not perform single -sided and single -point load work.
10.The materail must be compacted duing the bending to prevent the material from lifng and injuring people during bending.
11.Do not stack debris and work tools between the upper and lower dies.
12.The power must be cut off when adjusting the materail pressing mold,and it must be performed after stopping the operation.
13. Correctly select the bending mold,the fastening position of the upper and lower dies must be correct ,and prevent external injuries during the upper and lower dies.
14 .When changing the opening of the variable lower die ,no materail is allowed to contact the lower die.
15. Choose the correct bending pressure .When biased ,the pressure should be less than 1/2 of the maximum pressure.
16.The length of the bent workpiece must not be less than 1/3 of the length of the workbench under the maximum bending pressure.
17.No one is allowed to stand at the rear of machine tool during machine tool operation.
18.It is strictly forbidden to press and bend the materail at one end alone.
19.If the workpiece or mod is found to be incorrect during operation ,stop the machine for correction.It is strictly prohibited to corrct it by hand during operation to prevent hand injury.
20.It is forbidden to bend iron plates that are too thickn,quenched steel plates,advanced alloy steel,square steel and materails that exceed the performance of the bending machine to avoid damaging the machine tools.
21.Frequently check the coincidence of the upper and lower dies and whether the pressure gauge indication meets the regulations.
Repair And Maintenance of CNC Press Brake Machine
Before performing maintenacne or cleaning on the machine ,align the upper die with the lower die and shut down the machine until the work is completed .If it is necessary to perform
startup or other operations,the mode should be selected to manual ,and safety should be ensured.The maintenance content is as follows:
Hydraulic oil circuit
a.Check the oil level of the tank every week.If the hydraulic system is repaired ,the oil level should also be checked,If the oil level is lower than the oil window,hydraulic oil should be added.
b.The hydraulic oil used by the machine is ISO HM46 or MIBIL DTE25.
c.The oil should be chnaged after the new machine has worked for 2000 hours,and then changed every 4000-6000 hours of work.The oil tank should be cleaned each time the oil is changed.
d.The system oil temperature should be bewteen 35 ℃ and 60℃。
Filters
a.The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned each time the oil is changed.
b.If the machine has relevant alarms or the oil quality is not clean,etc.,the filter should be replaced.
c.The air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every three months and preferably replaced once a year.
